About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from the Birch & Bracken store, operated by Anaya, Israel. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Measurements are garment measurements and can vary by 1–2 cm.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your store's currency and include standard shipping. Payment is taken through PayPal when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order
We confirm your order by email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Shipping and returns
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies, which form part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
